EFL would surely have known all this BEFORE they charged them, so there must be a reason they charged them. Perhaps they we’re misled on the actual costs. If they get away with it TF and Co will have something to say about our ongoing fine !

Am I the only one to think that QPR should be lodging some sort of complaint/appeal on the grounds that our FFP penalty has been completely out of context with other teams' penalties for the same offence?...Brum get 9 point deduction which basically took them out of play off contention (so something they probably wouldn't have got anyway was taken off the table) and Derby will end up just above the bottom 3 with a much better team than the bottom 3 so again probably a penalty that has no affect...there have been others...we get a £40 Million penalty which impeads us for 10 years....how can FFP be so selective in who it punishes?

Yet Thick Derby fans seems to think we got bugger all punishment.
