      • RETURNING? Jordan Hugill open to permanent QPR stay but would love to prove David Moyes was right to sign him for West Ham

West Ham striker Jordan Hugill has hinted he’s open to joining QPR on a permanent basis, but says no decision over his future will be made until the end of the season.

Hugill has hit the ground running since joining Mark Warburton’s side on loan from the Hammers last summer, scoring ten times in all competitions to sit just four away from enjoying his best ever season in front of goal.

Scoring goals hasn’t been a problem for QPR this season, with the west London side able to call upon one of the most feared trios in the Championship in Hugill, Nahki Wells and Eberechi Eze, who have notched 31 league goals between them.

        Hope he stays

                • They are taking advantage.
Hopefully we have a backbone and will not be taken advantage of.

I would like to keep Hugill till the end of this season, but he doesn't really excite me like Wells does, Hugill is just a target man who isnt all that even when played to his strengths
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Dave, Yes they have, they are a very well run football club, if they wanted BOS they have more than enough resources to buy him, I wish we were 2 bob behind them financially.

                      • Sooner keep BOS send Wells back and go for the Dundee striker, we should be safe this season and it gives the player half a season to bed in.
So Burnley can f uck off instead holding us to ransom over Wells.

                        • Not so sure the dundee striker would guarantee 16-17 goals a season and our only striker on the books is oteh good goalscorers are hard to come by if we can get Wells in some sort of deal I'd be over the moon

                          • NAHKI Wells has been recalled by parent club Burnley, and QPR CEO Lee Hoos has confirmed the R’s are keen to sign the striker on a permanent basis.

Wells joined QPR in the summer on a season-long loan following a successful 2018/19 in W12.

The 29-year-old has scored 15 goals in 29 appearances this season.

Hoos told www.qpr.co.uk: “Burnley have recalled Nahki which is their right.

“I wouldn’t normally make any comments regarding potential transfer targets but in this instance it is important our supporters know we are keen to sign Nahki on a permanent basis.

“Our current valuations on the player are far apart and we cannot agree to a deal which will leave us in breach of FFP.

“We are working hard for a positive conclusion but we must ensure any agreement is financially viable for QPR.”

                            • Ok this is coming from football insider, so a barrel of salt is needed.
But we are going to replace Wells with Troy Parrot.
                              Exactly what I was thinking.......who???
What can go wrong?....... Apart from relegation.

                              • Personally I'd be happy with Troy Parrott on loan to replace Wells, only 17 but good potential . Charlton have also expressed interest in him
