Just seen there's a R2 FA Cup game involving 3 villages on the Beeb now so presume 3rd round draw is imminent this weekend?
I went off FA Cup about 25 years ago when it dawned on me we kept losing irrespective of who we drew. It used to be a toss up between us and Reading who was officially the worst team in the history of 3rd round - not sure if our heroics last year in making 5th round has nudged us ahead of them though?
Anyway, who d'ya want this time around. I'd like a day out at one of the big grounds, preferably in London (Spurs, West Ham or Arsenal) or failing that in Liverpool/Manchester. Be good for club's coffers if it were on telly too.
If not the above, I'd like a dismal away tie at least 220 miles from KPF against poor opponents. I'd deffo go and expect a defeat.
Unfortunately I suspect we'll get a really meh tie against plodding Championship rivals.
