  • New stadium or new training ground...

    Given a choice would you...

    a) Stay at Loftus Road indefinitely but have cat 1 academy and state of the art training ground

    b) Brand new stadium but our current training facilities indefinitely

I'd go for a. We'd reap the rewards on the pitch and I love Loftus Road.

    B.

Then we'll have more cash and we'll just poach from other clubs.

Definitely A! Happy workers means good end results. Players spend 90% of their working hours at the training ground - if they're good facilities it will help with their performances and you'll attract better players to your club too.

That's tough. B I suppose, I love LR but we can't build where we are and we need to move on.

            100000000000000000000000000000%

Training ground comes first, so much more important for a number of reasons
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
