Great guy and well deserved.

Took balls to stay after losing the manager's job and he has done great. We have done well to keep hold of him given his reputation in the game. That suggests he believes in what the club are trying to do and wants to be part of it.

I doubt Pep would have flourished with the carp going on when CR had his stint to be fair to him.
