We need more speed AND pace at the back — Kelly a decent shot stopper but needs faster distribution...and not to our slow footed CBs.

Amos for Chair next game. Keep Wallace in starting XI.

Can’t wait for Kakay to return from loan to give us speed on the right flank.

It is so abvious that our back line have so many slow performers. Toni, Rangel, Cameron are all very slow. Wallace deserves to be in the side, but as a central defender so Manning keeps his place as left or wing back. Will give Masterson a chance, after all, expirience or not, we're still conceding too many goals. Agree that Chair should be rested and BOS given a run. We have so many good youngsters buy keep insisting with playing with veterans. The only young players that are playing are Manning, Eze and Chair. The rest, they are not so young!

Chair needs a rest. Amos or Smith a run or maybe try and incorporate BOS.

Kelly needs more time but I think we would benefit from an experienced keeper. Defence as others have said is too slow. None are terrible on their own (appreciate some will disagree!) but as a whole does not work. That is partly down to an open system of play but also to them not being cohesive. Have to say I don't know what answer is. Agree would like to see Masterson but he may not be much good which is why we haven't seen him. Maybe as has been suggested we need to incorporate Wallace. We need leaders on the pitch and he has been that at Rangers.

Wells and Hugill both good at this level so whilst there will be games where one up top is preferable I agree with Warburton in trying to play them both when we can.

Overall not that worried. At one stage pre-season we were second favourites to go down so good season so far even allowing for last three games. Not seen much of Smith, Wallace and some others yet. Even Amos started well enough then got a niggle. Maybe need to start looking at wider squad to freshen things up a bit. People seem to be writing Kane and Pugh off but they have done well at other clubs at this level. Lets see what they can do given a proper run. Too often in the past we have written players off quickly and then they have gone elsewhere and done the business. Sometimes it just takes time for a player to settle into a new club.
