Been having the same thoughts myself for a while now.
Only difference on the coffee front, is I count per pot not per cup.
Trainers are for comfort not for sporty stuff, health food makes me nauseous, although due to age, I have to eat some green stuff or suffer the 'I can't take a dump syndrome.'
Put more chemicals in my system in the 90s than El Chapo has sold. Gym was somewhere I thought you hung outside to pull fit birds; and I think it will be a miracle if I make it to 60, let alone 65

My allergy to penicillin would argue otherwise

Makes you wonder how many of these guys were on steroids back in the day. I think it was quite common for athletes and cyclists to have strokes or heart attacks after prolonged use.

Personally I think your heart is like a washing machine pump, it can only pump so much before it breaks. I'm saving my heart beats for later by laying on the sofa and keeping the heart rate low.

Really sad. Saw an interview with him where's he basically said he was forgotten about after his stroke. Really sad.

Maybe my my memory is shot as I never actually remember him playing for Rangers.
