  • Ticket Price Rise For Rotherham Game?

    Seems a strange move.

Very strange, you would of thought a deduction not a rise seeing as its mid week and on the red button.

I find those in charge of our club bizarre at times.

We need to win to stay up, we need a decent crowd and they put £5 on ticket prices up if you just roll up...

Brought to you by the same people who still don't get why the Loft shouldn't be the family stand...

Taking advantage of the die hard fans. They should be almost giving the tickets away to watch a match in what looks like awful weather, is on TV, poor opposition and after Saturdays turgid performance.

Actually you have misread it. What they are saying is the normal £5 pre booking discount will also apply to on the day tickets. They will not be charging the normal extra £5 for roll up on the day tickets.

'In sections of the Loft' but elsewhere in the ground will see price rises.

Elsewhere in the ground will be subject to normal pricing policy.

Surely ticket prices should be the same whether bought a week in advance or on the day .Football is a joke these days and they wonder why grounds are half empty all the time . Did they not learn anything from how well they priced our FA cup games lately .

It says the price rise will NOT apply in ALL sections of Loftus Road, I read that as meaning the whole ground, not just the Loftus Road end.

FOR QPR's game against Rotherham United only, we will not be increasing the prices of matchday tickets.

Supporters purchasing on the day of the game will not be charged the usual £5 increase and therefore advance ticket prices will apply right up to kick-off.

Season Ticket Holders and Members will also be eligible to earn double QPR Cash on any purchase at our Superstore located at Loftus Road from 5:00 pm until kick-off.

Make sure you don’t miss out on these offers when we host Rotherham at 7:45 pm tomorrow.

The fiver penalty for buying on the day will not apply, that's how I read it.
Never should be in place anyway, total joke for our current stature.
