    Do we get charged a booking fee if buying tickets in person at the ticket office ?

    No, only online or over the phone. It's a fee imposed from tickmaster I believe.

      Excellent, was hoping so, I'll get there early doors before the rush then trot off to Glads (or whatever it's called these days) and start the day right !

            You lose the loyalty points though, if that is something you worry about. Tickets are so cheap that I don't mind paying it as I get the points as well.

                Chuffs me of too, think the club's hands are tied - it's Ticketmaster. Unless they bring the ticketing 'in house' of course. I'm sure this has come up at fans forums in the past and theres not a lot the club can do

                    I do not agree with the booking fee as it should be included in the total price. In saying that I bought my 3 tickets for the Watford game and the booking fee is less than it would cost me to get to LR from my place of work.

                      It just don’t seem right that your actually handing over your money for something but you get charged extra for purchasing their product which they actually want you to have

                        don't know their price now but fulham were charging £1.50 at the same time we charged £ 3.50
