Great sub to deal with Lynch's Christmas in Dubai. Kept the shape putting Cousins RB, which enabled Pawel to set up Nakhi for that cracker. Really enjoyable game.

Why don’t you share the video from last seasons home game with Boro?

Not the worst QPR side you've seen in a long time?

Wow, a great win over a team in a play off position and all we can do is argue about managers past and present, shakes head!

Certainly not timmy, decent side and fighting for each other, so mac wins on that front atm

Brought the right players in to start with and made good subs as well. Put all that with a victory and I would say he passed the test. Well done my team!

This is an indicator whether he passed his test not the result just the manner of the result against a big dour Pullis side that puts winning before anything , S MC's side kept grafting for a well deserved win with the loss of two of his key players , Wells apart nobody played great or nobody played poorly but all put their shift in a manager plus

Defiantly, I think he's a very good fit at QPR
                          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
