  • It Was Like the United Nations Yesterday at Loftus Rd

Greeks, Norwegians, French, Germans and not forgetting Cincy.

    Good to see.

We got chatting to the Greeks on the Tube and had a pint with a group from Oslo in the Springbok.

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

when you pay the prices for booze in those Nordic countries it must be Nivana the prices in London. Always good to see our European cousins
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

I had the great pleasure of meeting a few of our esteemed posters in a certain pub prior to the game yesteday and trust me, Scandinavian pricing is alive and well in Shepherds Bush.

£3.20p for a lovely pint of Otter Ale in the pub I frequent most down here. £4.55p for a fine pint of London Pride in Churchills. I would hope a pint of bitter doesn't top those prices in the Bush

The Springbok is open again? We had some great times celebrating there after our Wembley victory, it was a shame when I read it was closing!

It called something else today, but I still call it the Springbok.
