Yes, watched it too, £725k for a shoe box, what does that make our ground worth if redeveloped as flats?
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

A TV show called Homes Under the Hammer just featured a flat opposite the Loft Gates.

Rich part of London. No wonder our owners want to sell & then I’m guessing rent new land
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

ive seen the loftus road redevelopment plan it means qpr put one thousand million pound flats up making us about 800 million which will create a wealth that will build a 40 thousand stadium plus give us about 400 million to spend on players

Brentford's new stadium is apparently less than what Loftus road holds

Really? I`m not sure what kind of area Brentford is compared with the QPR "stronghold", But they have every reason be proud of how they have developed their club, over these few last seasons now. Fulham is from what I have seen on telly a bit oldfashioned, but still, they have a decent turnout on matchdays.

New stadium capacity is 17,250 max. But I guess that means anyone over 5'6' can watch in comfort.

Which apparently is the big difference from Loftus Road..)
