The DoF has some responsibility for coaching staff and he hasn't distinguished himself in that department either.
His own appointment was as unjustified as CW's.

It would be interesting to look back at his Peterborough goals - maybe they played kamikaze football and he had a ton of chances. Main problem is he lacks composure when he gets his chances. Tends to try and hit the ball as hard as he can and not place it. Inevitably it goes straight at the keeper or over the bar. No issue with his work rate.

Sylla and Wash especially must fall into the plural of “some players need to leave the club”. Can’t think of anyone else. Possibly Cousins and Pav also fitting into that group. Simple reason is all 4 have not really performed, or just not fancied for one reason or another, and all 4 are out of contract end of season and we want to try and get some money before they go for free.
