This season, qpr along with the other 23 clubs will be allowed to stream midweek games to people based in the uk.

our game against bristol city will be available to view for uk fans.

Talking point, Will this be the start of a demise for midweek attendances?

Should the club look at the option to reduce midweek ticket prices as to get more fans to attend and is it affordable to the club?

This season @QPRPlusPass subscribers in the UK and Ireland can watch #QPR live – starting with #QPRBRC next week!

What is the standard of the stream? It's a bit spotty from what I can gather.

To the point on attendance, there was an article on the BBC last week showing how many clubs in the Prem would still have made a profit last year with zero home attendances because the tv money is so good. Is a midweek stream going to be more profitable for a team in the Championship?

i think its a good chance for the club to earn more money tbh. the people who go to games will still go regardless but there's many fans who don't/can't go but still passionately follow us who will now be able to actually watch the games and generate the club some more money

£10 for a match stream is steep... can't see this really affecting attendances or generating so much income. More likely to affect the attendance is it being on sky (via the red button). The club don't usually discount sky games, do they?

So to those most likely to attend anyway,
while us in the rest of the world are ####ed.
Amazing how technical progress gets screwed by red tape.

Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

                ????

I think the stream is available (for less or through an annual subscription) overseas, it's just that the club are usually not allowed to stream in the UK (although, like every championship game that day, the game is on sky via the red button, so not so many people will probably pay for it).

Oh really? So there seem to be less and less things for me to rant about. I like Amit a lot, so dissing the chairman is now out of the question as well. I need some fresh rant ideas pronto.

Just read the club is providing its own audio commentary, not using BBC. Amateur hour.....

                          No relegation.
                          Again inevitable.
