Welcome and good luck to him. He will need a lot of the latter.

Tbh I've never really heard of him, even as a player. Just one of those names that's passed me by. Lets hope he can add to what we already have.

Most important job at the club with SMac running the show.

Forget assistants and DoFs and Chief Executives and press officers. I want some to teach them how to hold a fvckin line.

He was an unused sub in the playoff final.

Played for Watford and Derby. He was Kidderminster manager up until joining us, taking charge of 67 games and winning 38, giving him a 56% win rate with them. Pretty good record but that's his only experience as a manager. I imagine he will learn a lot under Schteve.

Was a decent enough dependable midfielder in mould of Derry from memory

Natural progression for him. Doing it the old fashion way. Will last longer than 'Fast Track' Gerrard or Lampard if he takes over at Derby.

How long before people call Eustace Eusless?

Remember him as a plyer but obviously no idea about backroom staff. Sounds like he should be good so good luck to them.
