  • When do you think the club started searching for a new man?

I believe that the turning point was when IH changed the formation, and we started playing well. The board must have thought the fans know more about managing then our manager.

That's when they thought we need a change.

We have a lot to thank a poor Nottingham forest side for.

When the gates dropped, or maybe after Forest home?

Yeah I think Forest at home marked the beginning of the end.

Forest caused system change and I think ollie was close to being sacked after that game.
Forest game also showed Holloway up as his tactics were all over the place and the last 20 minutes of that game no one in a qpr shirt knew what position to play.

Would have been eyebrows raised after #### poor effort few weeks before against ten men at Bristol

I honestly think we've been on the case for months. It's been apparent all season that nothing great was gonna happen under Ollie. We were also never truly in danger of relegation.

the board did the right thing in letting Ollie see out the season, and taking their time to find the right replacement. Never a better time to announce a new manager than the first week of the summer break as well!

I actually think they must have had a meeting about Ollie at the end if last season and decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and see what he could do this season. Then i think once by Christmas and the turn of the year they must have been putting plans into place to see who to get next. And once it was apparent we weren't going to go down they let Ollie stay on until the season finished on the proviso he changed his formation. His demeanour had totally changed after that Forest game as if he had been given a dressing down and almost a warning his tenure might be coming to an end. TF had said that SM had many meetings with LF so talks had been going on quite a while.

Jeff if true although hard on Ollie it’s actually another indication that the club is now being run professionally. No knee jerk reactions this time but planning in the background quietly, identify target and do the deal. If they have been in talks a while no doubt they have discussed signings etc so we’re ahead of the curve

think Hoos, Ramsey and Les are doing smashing job behind the scenes, I know some won’t like seeing the name of Les but you have to give him credit
