  • Clint Hill Retires

He'll go down in Rangers folklore. Absolute legend and a top, top bloke. Brilliant player for us in what sometimes was a toxic squad.
Happy retirement, Clint, and thanks for everything.

There's not many that spend so little time at a Club as Clint did with us that deserve the legend status tag - but he for sure is one of them

It's a label that gets thrown round far too easily nowadays Blue, but Clint definitely deserves it.

Mark this day. He was a man, take him for all in all. We shall not look upon his like again.

Would love for him to be involved somehow, as a coach or as assistant

What a great player he was, literally no one had a good word for him when he 1st signed from Palace
including Palace fans who were making comments like he's past it.
                      Oh how wrong were all.
I always remember posts on here when he got recalled from Forest to play v Chelsea, and younger posters
were saying Sturridge would murder him,.
Iirc Sturridge got away in the first 2 mins, then Clint "marked him" a little more tightly, and he lost all interest

Spent six years here (about a third of a footballers career)

Wonder if there is anything in the timing or just coincidence?
