5 for me kept us up but it’s been an awful division this year and the inconsistency of the side is unbelievable. Winning against Wolves, winning at Villa etc but getting torn apart by Leeds, Boro, Brentford at home etc

4 out of 10, which in fact meant we didn`t get relegated. That is not bad.

Six to seven for me. If only he was more consistent with his team selections!
Anyone saying we should be in the playoffs with this team is slightly deluded though imo

6 interesting how this thread shows a greater range of views on Ollie than the fare we are used to.

5........Positives - Done a good job with clearing out the dead wood, brining on the youngsters, being passionate about the club and producing some decent football at times (v Villa, Wolves, Norwich, Sheff Wed and Fulham)

.........Negatives - Can come across as a laughing stock, poor team selections, thinks he is master tactician but in reality is a bit of a dinasour and our defensive record is woeful

6 from me. Wasted a lot of time messing about with 3-5-2 when clearly we aint got the personal for it.
Just wondering where would we be if he never used that formation.

Everyone gives him the credit for clearing out the deadwood but I think Sir Les has been more instrumental on that front.

                        Agreed.

Les and Hoos responsible for contracts not Hollowhead.

                          6.
It hasn't been brilliant but it has been an improvement on last season, regardless of people's opinions.
