quite simple really - take the supporters wants n needs onboard, the board need to start meaning what they say and not saying what they think we want to hear, recalculate season ticket and match day ticket pricing to come more into line with present economic trends, appoint a proven manager who can be trusted to spend wisely in the transfer market and reastablish trust amongst the various supporters associations. Then and only then can we go forward as a unit - we must stop all this bickering amongst us and them - we need them and they certainly need us - so please l all get behind the club we love and lets guide/push/pull it in the right direction

The club could progress via a number of things, pete.

    1. Make attending the Rangers an affordable experience.

    2. Appoint the very best manager they can, give him whatever it takes to get the players he wants, and unless he bores the arses off us all with his tactics, let him manage.

    3. Improve the PR between club and it's supporters, talk to us more often, not at us.

    4. Sack Ali Russell, the knob should be a banker, not at our football club.

Let the manager manage ...let him live or die by his own signings!

Simple, cold hard truth of the matter, is that we will never "progress" or achieve any kind of "success" on the pitch whilst the set up off the pitch is so unprofessional, there are clubs in League 2 that are better geared up for success than us.
If we are serious about moving forwards as a football club, then we cannot afford to have another transfer window opening with Gianni Paladini still in charge of who plays for this football club, it has been an unmitigated disaster & has cost us some fine managers.
Also, like a couple have already stated, we need some transparency at the club, stop treating the fans like *****s, start trying to show the club & its supporters just a little bit of respect if you can manage.
A little bit of respect will go a long way & as they say, better late than never to admit you have made some bad mistakes.
Unfortunately, my heart tells me that nothing will change, we are not in a good state as a football club & will be having exactly the same conversations in 12 months time.
For those of you talking about Promotion next season ??! Well, I really dont know where you are getting that from to be honest, I dont think we are even anywhere near being able to talk about Promotion as even a realistic possibility, the club is simply just not set up professionally enough for a genuine promotion push.
If we want success things have to change, stop treating the managers like *****s, show them some respect & show the club & its fans some respect as well, then we can genuinely think about moving forwards TOGETHER.

Ive honestly believe the skys the limit. We have money, ok we havent spent big yet, but if we were to get to the prem they would have to!
They say they will do there bit if we do ours, and imo if we play well next season whatever the price we will see bigger attendences.

Actually we are progressing. All the above comments are valid and I think it is more of a case of if we had bought more cleverly, not upset the fans, appointed the right manager and let him manage we would be in an even better position. As it is we have had a reasonable year in the top half. Provided they do indeed learn lessons next season could be very interesting.

Improve the Youth team...work on progressing back up to Academy status.

Make sure the next manager that is appointed is a proven coach.

Invest more in the team not just free transfers.

Reduce season tickets (thanks this season though)

Apart from that I'm quite happy with the board at the moment and see no reason to start protesting outside players entrances and boycotting the hot dog stands.

Start at the youngest ages groups at QPR as its shocking at the moment. If they done that, in 10 years we would be fine.

Most importantly, they really, REALLY, need to stop the embarrassing spinning. Some of the posts on dotorg made by those purporting to be supporters supporting the board over the last couple of days have been (in an ironic twist) so transparent it's laughable.

Edit - Oh - sign a decent striker and sort out the scouting network - simple and saves money in the long run.
Totally agree with all of that, no more spin.....

Give the fans a bit of info about what is going on Flav, this isn't F1.

Main lesson to learn is that we will not get promoted from this league with inexperienced young foreign players. Plus we need to spend money on a proven goal scorer who is not after his last decent paycheck.
    Cant argue with that!
