Gabon out of ACN

Sorry if already mentioned. Gabon lost to Zambia and as a result failed to qualify. Does this mean Cousin is available to sign for us now?

He is now free to sign for QPR and could debut next week.

However, he is more likely to join a PL club such as Fulham or West Ham than QPR.
