I thought we have already ascertained that Flavio will not pay the compensation required on the long contract to enable termination to get rid of him.
This would fit in with the diminishing ambition and the reluctance of the board to pay out lump sums in transfers or termination of managers and players contracts.

He hasn't had a fair shot.. Maybe if we are not gunna make the play offs and are clear of relegation give him a run in the team and see what he is properly like.
