I don't know why they even bother with a manager.

Just give the job of coaching fitness etc to Steve Gallen, Ainsworth, Bircham, whilst GP and FB buy ell players and pick the team.

Whoever they appoint will have to do as he is told or ship out, so it may well as be a 'yes' man.
