  • Are Faye or Folan match fit?

If there is truth in the Sky Sports stories that we are actually signing this pair then the title question needs answering.

Folan is currently out injured and Faye has played just a couple of games all season but are either actually match fit? Steven Reid clearly wasn't and although his injury that ruled him out until he left was a separate issue from his long standing problems could his lack of match fitness make him get injured.

Folan will return from injury but the chances are that he'll be rushed into playing and this could lead to more injury problems. Should we really be signing players who aren't match fit?

Buzsaky was rushed back and got injured last season, Rowlands came back and got injured again, Vine has never looked the same player, Hall is forever suffering with injuries, Connolly isn't 100% match fit neither is Balanta. Will Cook be fully fit when he returns? Can we risk signing more players who aren't 100% fully fit?

Won't be the first time we've signed a crock, could be the first time we signed two at the same time, though.

does it matter as they wont be given a chance before the crowld start booing them!!!!
Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

I hear what you are saying but of course it matters. If they are fit and are chasing balls down and are fit enough to last 90 mins there is less chance of that actually happening. If though they are unfit and we are left with two players nursing injuries it is costing the club unless we sign an agreement with Stoke and Hull.

We continued to pay Reid whilst he was injured. Money wasted which could have been spent elsewhere. We don't want the same again do we?

Not to worry, they'll always have their fairy godmother Rowlands waiting in the wings to mop up their tears.

Not only that... but they're not exactly prolific players either..... we should only bring players in that are better than we already have , or to porvide cover in areas where we're lacking.
