Dont expect to much to happen until the French court rules on FB tomorrow as I'm sure QPR FC will not commit to anything until they know who the owner will be.

Very good point, and a key day regarding EVERYTHING at QPR, surely?

Amazing that it's being lost amongst the sea of posts about Kitson, Faye(s), and Jermaine Beckfords ability to play for Newcastle or Leeds.

If he loses his appeal tomorrow, he's probably going to be kicked out of owning QPR.
Although I'm sure that would be appealed too, but it's still a very big day in Paris(?) tomorrow for the future of this football club.

Possibly, and I don't know the ins and outs of extensions/appeals etc..

But I suppose everything else is secondary, and up in the air while it runs its course.
If he wins his appeal, he can earn again, and no chance of losing his power at Rangers.
If he fails - he's very vulnerable.

That was The FA and/or Premier League.
And I'm not sure that Sinawatra wasn't "advised" to sell up before he did. Avoiding further legal issues. Jumped before pushed, if you like.


Anyway, this is Lord Mawhinney/The Football League... he has shown with Luton, Saints, etc that he doesn't mess about like The Premier League do, what have they ever done to anyone? Look at Portsmouth.

The FL and His Lordship are a very different animal, and a different case all together from Man City.
All I'm saying is that FB is very vulnerable if he loses his appeal.

They are being tightenend and more transparent due to the Portsmouth and Notts County debacles. Certainly won't be as easy a ride as it has been.
