Admit the failings that have seen our reputation within football stink, crowds fall, turned the club into a circus.
The main ones being the pricing and the football management structure/policy.

We are currently NOT a team. No unity, low spirit, no fight, no direction.


Get Curbishley or Coppell, trust them, and scrap the Director of Football role.
Spending big money on players is secondary to all that.

For me to actually be content with the current board of directors they would need to admit they have made a hash of things so far. Install a decent manager and publicly give him assurances that he will be given the required time, the required funds and and 100% control of all on the field matters including which players we sign.

It's not about that.

FB to lose his appeal in Jan and be forced to sell his majority shareholding.
BE to do the same in support of his mate.
Mittals & Amit to buy up and take over.
GP to move on to pastures new.
Then.
Reduce Season Ticket prices. Plan to improve the atmosphere at HQ.
Curbishley (or similar standard - Coppell, etc.) to be installed as Manager.
Promise him sole control and performance related bonuses.
Give him £10m to spend in the Summer.
Clear out the dead wood.


Chances are none of that will happen, so I guess, in reality, start working on how to gain 20 points between now and the end of the season to avoid the drop. I assume that will mean many more panicky performances like Boxing Day !
