Most of our debates seem to be about which manager and which players we should bring in. Nothing wrong in that.
But recently some clubs have been head hunting decent Chief Executive Officers and other top boardroom members to run the clubs.
To be honest, I don't think I could name more than three. And I'm not expecting a list of names here. But maybe that's what we should be looking at? Get the top right with experienced football people involved and maybe the rest will follow?
At the moment being an R's fan is like waiting for eternity for Santa to bring you the presents you want and were promised and when you get them, they aren't as good as you saw them on tv or are broken.
