Firstly, I'd get Blackstock back...

Then I'd buy Jason Scotland, hopefuly for around £1.5m
Then I'd go for Gary Hooper...£500k plus add ons for goals and final league position (I'd like to think Flav would see this as good business and grant the additional cash in the future)

Then, I'd loan...

Ryan Bertrand from Chelsea (Currently on loan at Norwich)
Scott Taylor from Villa (Currently on loan at Cardiff)
Danny Rose from Tottenham
Adel Taarabt from Tottenham

By then, Rowlands, Vine, Aggy and Buzz will all be ready for action.

This team could take us up and is very realistic.
