Spot on, though we had a boys section before the scumbag Chelsea fans knocked it down on 1973.

The current petition for MPs to debate the introduction of safe standing is now over 89,000 signatures, with 100,000 needed for it to be considered for debate.

It's good to know that the club are supportive of the petition and are also promoting this through their channels.

The link for the petition is here: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/207040

I would love it if safe standing was introduced at Loftus Rd however I can’t see H&S allowing standing in the lower loft or paddocks as there’s no roof so increased risk of accidents when raining etc... which won’t exactly fit in with the ‘safe’ part of safe standing. I suspect when the law changes it will be the lower school end that gets Rail seats as it’s almost entirely covered.

How much cheaper would such standing be compared to seating?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Doubt it would be any cheaper as the capacity wouldn’t significantly increase, but there would be a large cost to provide the necessary alterations.

Even calling it 'safe standing' is ridiculous.......... The suggestion is that the act of standing is inherently dangerous.......
