You do have to say though that we don't have a gamechanger in midpark. Probably the least creative Rs side in my time, or close enough.
Wing backs are key to transition but when you play people who aren't specialised in that role, they're too scared to move through the transition. As has been said, Wszolek is too scared to burst forward because he's worried about who will cover behind him and same is said for the other side. Without specialists who know how to play the system it's useless.

Eze is a magician; Smyth with potential. Most worrisome part of team in goal; Ingram looks slow, not thinking ahead. Miss Smithies

Agree that Eze looks the real deal, Smyth has potential, but Ingram doesn't impress so far and the team play looks slow from the 2 matches played.

Wasn't impressed with the play and QPR need to put better crosses into the box for Smith or Sylla.

Eze is lucky he’s being played in his best position. Smyth is a striker!!!! Today reminds me of the days of Vargas as a wing back....

ingram's distribution is shocking and his positional sense is pretty bad too, a few times today he failed to come out to meet a through ball. it's still early days for him though and he's still young. i don't like it when people are jeering any of our players or giving them pelters for having a bad game though. a few people around me were proper yelling insults at ingram today everytime he did something wrong.

eze looks absolutely quality though, he just floats with the ball

Corbray. Ingram first half straight to Leon Clarke? Worse than good old Greeno with his feet.

People creaming themselves over these two. They are bright prospects, need to dominate. Lovely cameos exaggerated against a canvas of donkeys.
