But we havnt done atm corbs and see at the end of the season mate, the only way can see ollie going is like any manager on his way out and the players not playing for him, which i dont see atm corbs, but as always tough games coming up so we`ll see.

      As has Robinson.
Another thing that non of them will have mush that doesnt sit well with the out of position stances.

        Wait, what? Really?

So all tactics, selections, training methods and managerial nous go out the window do they?

I'm starting to understand why you hack him so much now

Robinson is a CB and LB by nature? Same as Clint Hill was. Thought Hall did well in CM for a few games last season and was one of the reasons we got dragged into the relegation scrape, when he got injured but this again showed up Ollys tactical position as he didn’t have a plan b when Hall got injured.

It's something like the fifth biggest league in Europe. Think Sunday League might be bit of an exaggeration or is it a misunderstanding brought about by your west country background?

Imagine if we were United fans - Ashley young and Antonio Valencia at wing-back....!!!?

As far as I know, Robinson had never been used as a CB until this season......anywhere

Asin its not rocket science tactics wise in this league, too many of you are obsessed with this super tactical intelligence thing you need to manage and do well in here, its not, its just simnple organisation & the right balance with a small bit of flare & everyone pulling in the right direction whatever tactics are used ! football is a simple game not super intelligence of a game at this level anyway.

Obviously the right balance of players bought/chosen aswell as motivating. All the other stuff like what they should be practising in trainings what you would and should expect for being professionals!

I think we can agree to a degree. The foundation of a good side is simple organisation and the right balance. We don't have that. Just the same stupid set up that hasn't worked for the last 14 months. Wing backs when we don't possess players who can play in that role. Great example given of when it can work and that is Ashley Young and Antonia Valencia at Manure. We have tried it with Pawel, Bidwell and of late Cousins and difference is they haven't adapted to that role whereas the Manure players have. Wollie should accept facts and stop flogging that pony. He may prefer that system but he has the players for 4-4-2. It's that simple.

However Championship is a high level and tactics are important. As I state in previous post about fifth biggest league in Europe. How many games have we seen opposition managers get the better of Wollie? A lot and not many where he has got better of his counterpart. Other managers seem able to make changes during a game and change the outcome by doing them. Wollie's only plan B is to whack Smith on and punt the ball towards him. If Smith starts there is no plan B at all!

That was our plan A on Saturday

Yep pinks that's it. Easy as that!

It's so easy you only have to play a confidence drained midfielder up front on his own away to Derby and leave 3 strikers on the bench to get a result..... oh wait!!
