Raised this the other day, but after watching him on the fantasy footbal show last week he comes across decent. Got his badges, knows the club, etc.

Obviously new to it all, and maybe we cannot afford to give another chance to someone unproven, but I would rather him to Tactics Tim, and the other realistic names mentioned.

I know Derry has his badges but Hill would have to take the senior role, I see him more of a ranger than Derry, just a personal opinion.

Not sure if Hill has his Pro Licence yet (I may be wrong). IF he hasn't he wouldn't be allowed to manage a championship or Premiership club.

Yep. Loads of ex-players are at former clubs in one capacity or another.

Yeah I know about the ambassadors/match day meetrs and greeters at Man United and Chelsea and Arsenal, but others have ex player dof, coaches, youth coaches etc ? Really?

I think we have enough old players, like Shania says, new faces needed imo.

Bit different imo. If you are over 50 like Ramsey and never had a managers job at a proper level, alarm bells shoud ring. Also I said maybe we cannot afford to give another chance to someone unproven, but I would rather him to Tactics Tim, and the other realistic names mentioned.
