                Ipswich are known to look out for players on the cheap. McCarthy has done very well to get them where they are but nailed on certs for relegation if they go up via the playoffs.

                In my opinion of course.

                  No concerns about dropping to division 1 though, worst case scenario lose in playoffs and build for another playoff push next year.

                    All fotballer will say the things he says in his situation.
                    He's enjoyed a season playing regularly and wants to do the same again and earn a new contract, especially if, as rumoured, we've told him we won't be offering him a new deal !

                              Maybe he wants to get as far away from this embarrasment as possible. Id do exactly the same in his position, been lutons stand out player and could def play at championship level. Prob works hard, doesn't moan and wants to play football so hes absolutly no place at QPR
