  • Pubs for Palace / Who's going - 2,650 of us!

Getting it in early doors - where are fellow Rangers headed for breakfast beers pre-Palace on Saturday?

Probably be in the Station Telegraph outside Thornton Heath station, as coming in from Clapham Junction or maybe The Prince George in the high street nearer Selhurst station.

Anyone know which station comes first on route from Clapham Junction?
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Thornton Heath is the stop before Selhurst , there are a few pubs round there , but the Wetherspoons opposite the station is probably the best bet , there is no Prince George near Selhurst station and to be honest ,there are no away fans pubs near Selhurst station either , anyone coming in from London Bridge to Norwood Junction ,there a couple on Norwood High st ,again the Wetherspoons their is usually busy with away fans .

Yea think we are going to head to that spoons by Thornton Heath mate. Do they adopt the usual Spoons policy or will they let us folk with a full set of teeth in?

The only real away pub that way is the William Stanley in Norwood (Spoons) It gets packed though so leave early.
The Clifton Arms in Selhurst is home fans only, like most of the boozers that way.

Weatherspoons and Moon's are an abomination..... They keep their beer well, however.

There's a blinding old gaffe right next to selhurst station, cheap as chips and pretty friendly, sure it's called the railway
