The players are mentally weak

Throwing away point(s) in the final minutes of games just goes to show how weak these players are mentally. It's happened far too often this season. They can't stay switched on and it seems like they almost expect to concede late on. We might be one place above Burnley, but the attitude their players have shown this season has been admirable.

People might think I'm being harsh on the players because we played with 10 men for over a half but conceding late on has happened far too many times to us this season. It's a big problem and a bad habit. I can't think of a side who has done this so many times in one season and not get relegated.

I haven't seen the game or highlights but I would imagine today was about playing for 60 minutes with 10 men and physical fatigue.
