Sherwood seems like a decent young Manager, but we need someone that can earn the respect from the players. Having said that, we don't seem to have too many decent options right now. My preferences would be the below:

- Slaven Bilić
- Ray Wilkins
- Ian Holloway
- Steve Clarke
