For me has been the biggest disappointment so far this season. What difference has he made to the team since he joined?

I do not think this is Harry's fault.

When Steve McClaren was here we noticed an immediate different with the team. Unfortunately he only stayed for a month. Had he stayed longer I thing the story would have been different.

We seem to be more attacking minded, but the problem is still Harry and his two other coaches.

Spot on. He should earn his bloody money not get extras to coach the team for him.

As for Hoddle, we don't know how much influence he has over HR, who may not listen to opinions that differ from his own. Also can't compare to McLaren as that was in the Championship and we had easily the best squad in the division so should've played well.

Nothing, I guess. To me it seems like Hoodle is a coach who is forced on Harry against his will..

Well according to that Dave Mc article last week, he's more involved in mentoring and coaching individual players like zarate and adel. Not sure how much of a say he has in the overall team's tactics.

MCClaren is known as one of the most highly regarded number two's in the game. Outwitted just by Harry at Wembley. Hoddle was considered a great manager, Until the religious stuff kicked in !

I do feel it's also massively unusual a situation, never before have I known a coach(Hoddle) to be blamed for a teams performance. I'll only judge him if he was manager.

So when we did well when McClaren was here it was because of Harry.

Apparently the team has formed a choir, and belt out a fabulous remix of Diamond Lights!!

That's about the same view that I have on this.
Hoddle may have been brought in to coach a 3-5-2 system, but seeing as Redknapp dumped it after 2 games the first of which was without the specialist RWB, he appears to be surplus to requirement.

Hoddle isn't focused. He spends most of his time as TV pundit.

Having read the article on Zarate (which from other articles I believe is true), I would like to revise my opinion. If in fact he is working with players like Zarate and Taarabt to get them fit and playing, I think he is worth the wages we are paying him.

I'd rather Hoddle do the coaching if I'm honest, the other two should be able to get players fit, they are useless.
