We seem to have a real problem closing out games, especially on the road. Know this sounds a bit radical, but what if we shifted our substitution strategy? Use two of the three reserves for fresh legs on defense. So if we start Isla Caulker Dunne Yun, bring in Onouha Ferdinand and/or Traore to go all out for the final 20 minutes or so. Given the results thus far, why wouldn't we try a new strategy in search of a remedy?

It comes down to ball retention due to a lack of pace & players playing out of position that causes us to concede goals. We hold on for so long then the inevitable happens, like Newcastle & Swansea.
