Niko Kranjcar hasn't been in the side, but he's trained like a demon, working hard, practising, wanting to get back in the team. He got his chance on Saturday, did well and that's all you are asking for. You don't want people sat there with a face like thunder with a needle in the bum and couldn't give a s**t.

Even someone like Rio (Ferdinand) who didn't play on Saturday, his attitude around the place was fantastic. Rio was stood alongside me in the dugout and he was shouting and as involved as I was.
