No wonder we're such a mess, how can any team change their starting line up COMPLETELY in 2 seasons (or every transfer window even), crazy. Continuity and togetherness is the key, as was rammed down our throats consistently last season by the social media team.

Prime example of how un-stable our club has been is this below - Leicester's starting line-up comparison from October 2012 to last week.

14-15 Season / Team vs Burnley
          Schmeichel
          02 de Laet
          05 Morgan
          18 Moore
          03 Konchesky
          04 Drinkwater
          07 Hammond
          15 Schlupp
          09 Vardy
          23 Ulloa

12-13 Season / Team vs Bristol City.. 6th October 2012
          Schmeichel
          3 Konchesky
          12 St Ledger
          5 Morgan
          22 Moore
          10 King
          11 Dyer
          4 Drinkwater
          24 Knockaert
          9 Vardy
          35 Nugent

Starting from the top working the way down, out of all divisions I wonder what other team(s) has changed a whole starting 11 in 2 seasons??

I mean ok we've had a change in management but a whole 11 is terrible
            SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

It's not just down to the players though.

Mbia is doing very well at Sevilla yet not so well at QPR.

Hoilett was very attack minded at Blackburn and scored or created a reasonable number of goals, and is also struggling at QPR. SWP was ok at Man City, yet poo at QPR.

I agree some continuity is needed and this is why I would have liked to see Simpson in the side instead of Isla. Onouha instead of Ferdinand.

the current players are not shabby, but they look unfit and badly coached/organised as well as being set up too defensively in away games.

There you go.. 2 years difference again.
difference being, the players that left, left on success at Southampton.. They also had a very decent manager who was able to mould a new side.
We had neither of those two things.

Well apparently HR hardly turns up for training and the players despise him.. that's what ive just read on Twitter from a bloke who said he just met an old player from last season who was injured.. wouldn't say who.

So no wonder we cant mould a side or get them fit.
