But how is TF and Tune going to recoup their 250m outlay now? The club is worth zilch at the moment as a lower end Championship side - and a pony one at that. No chance of getting their money back and no more cash to spend....where does that leave us as a club?

Old oak is dead in the water has sounds like hoos has confirmed in in stans piece. As with regards to linford Christie stadium. This also sounds very complexed. You and I west are pushing 40 and I think we won't get an opportunity to see a new ground. I can see it being over 20 years away or unfortunately never happening mate.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

If you are not yet forty your retirement age will be 68 mate and the reason for that is so that you will still have a state pension.

In 28 years there won't be a state pension. They have brought out nest and other pension schemes to prepare people to provide for themselves
