Unbelievably frustrating too, given that just a few simple yet vital tweaks to formation would have done it.
I respect your opinion Stanley but disagree, I don't rate the squad, we have a couple of good pieces (Smithies, Luongo, Robinson) but pretty mediocre beyond that IMHO! There are some promising youngsters coming through but you have to be careful in blooding them and I think we are doing that reasonably well! Agree there are poorer squads in the division and that's one of the reasons we just might stay up! We would do well with a Ben Watson pulling the strings in our midfield!

Who are the 4 voting not to sack? Ollie, Birch, Pinkie and ???? Ray Charles?

I'm working on that! In all seriousness my biggest concern with sacking Ollie is who will replace him, given the board's track record I don't trust them to get it right and as much as many of posters genuinely hate the man, it's not like we can just appoint a youth coach to take over without big risks!

Its not about one game. Its about his overall record this time round. Those stats tell the story.

What the stats don't tell you is how his behaviour is loosing him any respect he might have had. The players wont put out for a crazy old guy. They're not that stupid.

The buck however stops with TF. He is solely responsible for where we are now.

That would be me! I have stated (after Bristol City) that he should be sacked but upon reflection would rather him see out the season because as I have stated I don't trust the board to hire mid season, I don't want the gym teacher back! Nothing has shown me the team has quit on him, they aren't very good at what they do and Ollie is challenged tactically although not as much as some think IMO, welcome to FFP survival!

At least Ramsay never turned on the fans.

Gator is looking for 'legitimate arguments for not sacking him' apparently:

A wing-back is a highly specialised position. Very few players can carry it out truly effectively. QPR FC simply does not possess any of these players in its ranks. For Holloway to totally disregard this blindingly obvious fact and attempt to play them not just for a few games but an entire season is reason enough alone to conclude that he is wholly incompetent in the role; and the only thing even more baffling is that the club's hierarchy have allowed the situation to continue unaddressed for this amount of time.

                    • Stanley. The worrying thing is they look like they are playing in that position for the first time as neither Bidwell or Pawel have improved since being put there.

We are not yet mathematically safe. This is a dangerous time for us, because he's lost the dressing room and we're not defending properly. Get rid now and there will be a bounce, if only out of relief that he can inflict no more damage.

                        • Can't sack s hit manager in case the s hit owners and s hit DoF appoint another s hit manager.....

If that's the best case that can be made for Ollie, God help us. And him.

He's not a s hit manager, it's just that the players (he picks and sets up) are s hit, isn't much better.....

                          • One poster said he was rowing with the punters which is not a good sign of how things are right now. Empty seats all around the ground and the ones that are being sat in he is rowing with them.

                              That would require energy, tbh.

Completely agree we are not safe, we could be in the midst of it in a few weeks, not sure he has lost the dressing room or we will get a bump with a new dude in charge, that is speculation!
