We are 4/5 players short of a decent 11 to challenge top 6 or 2/3 for a mid table charge.

Lb, rb, cb, cm/cdm and a striker needed.

Ollie should of played the 7 or 8 players he plans to be part of the first 11 consistently over the last few games.

    Smithies
    Hall
    Freeman
    Luongo
    Wsolev
    Smith

Guaranteed first team starters for me next year.

The following should be squad players with a couple potentially pushing the first 11

    Ned or lynch
    Sylla or Washington
    Mackie
Lua Lua - would put him in the first 11 if he signed.
Bidwell - as a back up lb
Morrison - asset if we can get fit.
    Manning

We need better defenders at this club, a experienced cm to lead the team in the mold of a sidwell or Watson type of player. If we are going to play smith then we need a nippy goal scorer running go off him.

well, holloway thre ravel under a bus live on tv to prove his point.

the dof and ceo have both said we will only be signing 2/3 max.

even if you get your wish of ollie making 7 signings, what chance is there of him coaching and picking them in their correct positions.

This is such a good point. We're playing football from the 80s with Smith the target man

And people are still swallowing the building for next season line. Really ? What has IH done since November for any of us to assume he can take the Club forward ? His decision making and game plan are flawed , his selections mystifying and his attitude /comments borderline deluded. He has just lost six games on the spin for the second time and still some defend him . If it wasn't IH would we be so supportive?

Personally with Hits on this. DoF has now three failed appointments. Unlucky or incompetent ?? Time to get rid and end this nonsense.

As for IH I just don't see how with a likely limited budget and a nucleus of the same players he can take us forward next season .This is now a sad and some would say utterly predictable position - a consequence of a flawed appointment policy and the way this Club is run. He was a Sky pundit and ex football manager for a reason . What made him the right man for the job ? Ferdinand please tell us.

2 or 3 good championship players added to this group would probably see us finish 12th next season. We need 5 or 6 if we want to think about top 6.

Defensively we are extremely poor. Both full back positions we are very weak and we still desperately need a goal scorer!

                Just seen this on twitter:
In last 50yrs, QPR have lost 6 in row 5 times.Twice in last 4mths:

                Holloway Apr 17
                Holloway Dec 16
                Wilkins Feb 96
                Howe Dec 90
                Allen Mar 69

                Unacceptable.

Lost ten at home, too. Equalled that record.

I'd personally get rid of Holloway in the summer. Quite obvious he's not up to it. We've gone backwards. Weak with no back bone.

We expect to find it hard away from home but to be so poor game in out at home is a disgrace

Think we will escape relegation..just. but if Holloway is in charge for next season it will be the 1st one I will go into without having any kind of hope for a good season.

I hate the thought of changing another manager and especially Ollie but this is ridiculous.

If he had just set himself on a formation and core group of regulars playing week in week out o genuinely think we would have an extra 6-8 points on the board which isn't great but we wouldn't of gone through these long runs of just losing and looking hopeless.
