More bizarre news!

Paul Hart has been reportedly sacked by Queens Park Rangers after only five matches in charge. According to Sky Sports News, the Daily Mirror and the Daily Telegraph, the former Portsmouth boss has left Rangers by "mutual consent".

Last night, The Mirror had claimed that the manager was battling to save his job after falling out with Tottenham Hotspur loanee, Adel Taraabt.

Assistant Manager, Mick Harford, may take control of first team affairs for Saturday's fixture against Ian Holloway's Blackpool side.

There has not yet been an announcement on the official website. I expect that confirmation of the news will be available on www.qpr.co.uk tomorrow morning.

My thoughts on Hart's departure will be available in tomorrow's preview of the Blackpool fixture.
