Was every surprised to see target men in Helguson and Pellicori start against Nottingham Forest it gives me the indication, that after below par results and not neccesarily poor performances, the manager is feeling the pressue already. WE have not played the same team in the 4 league games so far and whilst some of them have been enforced with injuries to Rowlands and Balanta, the bench including Buzsacky and Gorkss was bemusing to say the least.

Lets, be honest this was not a good performance and even allowing for Forest responding postively to there big loss against Watford, these are the kind of games we should be winning. We could and should have been 2-0 down in 30 minutes and whilst Faurlin brings a clever dimension to the midfield with his acute passing, he does leave the midfield open and its surely time to have to ball winners in the middle to avoid us getting over-run. It is going to be difficult making every player happy and whilst I was personally prepared to give our strikers a chance, its obvious now that they are not good enough. Our approach play in the first 3 games, deserved more goals and Pellicori and Helguson together provided very little versus Forest. It took a wonder strike from Legiterwood to put us ahead and the first half, players Like Routledge and Legs himself played really well. Many questions have been asked about Borrowdale and personally think he does the easy things well, but he does not go down the by-line or overlap and even Ramage found himself unable to get forward on the right against Forest.

Second half we were not really at the races and Forest deservedly equalised and a good strike from McGoldrick with Gorkss rather flat footed, put them right back in the game. It was extremely frustrating to see Forest go for the win and we very much played like the away team. We got it tactically wrong today. Roll On S****horpe United, but this is was extremely disappointing and leave many questions unanswered.
