  • Great win!!

    Great win!!

Was fantastic to get up to watch the lads today and fantastic to get the 3 points! It's clear to see Ollies had a big impact in a short time already. I was genuinely over the moon to see Washington and Polter starting together as a partnership and it made the difference in the end. The 5 3 2 through me a little when I saw the line up but after the first half display I thought it really suited the players we have at the club presently and we looked pretty decent, albeit against 10 men from literately the first minute of the game. Have to say for 65-70 mins we definitely deserved to win the game and we really should of put them to bed way before...

Match reports from those who went?

You can watch the full match on Player Shania. That'll give you a good idea. First half I thought we did well playing a high line and high press, until they caught us out with a sucker punch towards the end - we tried to play the offside trap but Perch & Onuoha played them on. We had a change of formation too, with Chery playing wide right for the first time this season I think. Gladwin was actually playing Chery's usual role. Ariel and Mass were the holding mids with Mass the more advanced of the two. He had a good first half in particular and continued his current...

    The Fulham V QPR Review

What a game. What incredible atmosphere in our section. What a story that match was. 2 Penalties, 1 pen save, one hits the post in the last minute, a goal right after half time and a late match winner that almost wasn't.

The Story And it all could have started so incredibly well too, in the first minute some beautiful play down the wing got a cross into the back post which Washington just couldn't get enough power behind. And that was very much the way play went today for us, lots of good work down the wing and that's exactly how we got our first goal, with a ball played across goal after good work down the wing leading to a shot by Washington which hits Polter on it's way into the back of the net. A great goal with solid build up play. Fulham then started to really take advantage of the counter attack and should have scored but for a poor miss by Chris Martin af...
